While the team at Home Vantage Mortgage concentrates on the more important aspects of their client's home loan, 360 Home Connect will research available providers, find the best rates, schedule activation dates, and send each client a detailed itinerary for:

- Electricity
- Gas
- Municipal Utilities (water, sewer, trash)
- Internet / TV / Entertainment Options
- Phone
- Home Security & Home Automation
- and other home services...
