We service buyers, sellers, and renters to set up, disconnect, and transfer all their home services and utilities. We highly recommend you register your client as soon as they go under contract, or at least two weeks before their closing/lease date.

Here’s how it works:

1.) Register your client by filling out ALL required fields.

2.) Let your client know not to make any changes to their utility or home services, and that a dedicated personal home consultant will be contacting them soon to get started.

3.) Re:place will update both you and your client once we have finalized all their service requests.
